John Robert Hatherly
John (They/Them) is the founder and principal of Chamber, where he leads with a commitment to thoughtful, impactful design solutions. An interdisciplinary artist and designer with a background in Mathematics and Economics, John brings a unique analytical perspective to organizational transformations and creative problem-solving. His passion for ethical and sustainable design has driven successful collaborations with clients in non-profit, museum, finance, wellness, fitness, public relations, commercial real estate, and cultural industries. John blends creativity with purpose, ensuring every project aligns with the client's values and vision. As a queer, neurodiverse, first-generation American, they are passionate about advocating for the lived experiences of diverse individuals, sustainability, and animal rights. Leading with love, they believe wholeheartedly that the world is what we make of it.
Client experience coordinator
Julia Arredondo
Julia (she/they/ella) is a visual artist with rich experience in the DIY publishing, printing, and countercultural design industry. Julia cut her teeth in the punk scene by designing zines and gig posters while working at mom-and-pop record stores in South Texas. Since then, Julia's focus has pivoted to include video animation, narrative branding, and design for small-batch paper goods with an emphasis on letterpress and screen printing methods. Julia now lives in Maine after receiving an MFA from Columbia College Chicago and a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
